what this is

heplaysme reads a chat and tells you what it sees: who writes more, who asks, who stalls. it reads a few screenshots for free, a whole chat from a whatsapp or telegram export, or a screen recording of a chat. it is a reading, not a verdict on your life.

what this is not

it is not therapy, not psychological advice, and not legal advice. no professional has looked at your chat. if something in your relationship frightens you, talk to a person who is qualified to help.

accuracy

the numbers in the full report are counted from your file by your own browser. the words around them are written by a model, and a model can misread a message, miss a joke, or attribute a line to the wrong person. we do not guarantee the reading is correct, and none of it is a fact about anyone.

what you do next is your decision and your responsibility. do not end or save a relationship because a website said something.

what you may upload

only conversations you have the right to share: your own chats. do not upload someone else's messages that you obtained without permission, and do not upload anything you are not allowed to pass to a third party.

age

the service is for adults. do not use it if you are under 18.

the full report and its price

the full report costs $14, in US dollars, paid once. it is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

the payment opens the full report in the browser you paid in, for seven days. in those seven days you get six full reads in all: a deep read of a chat, a read of a group and a screen recording read in full each use one of them, in any mix. counting the numbers of a chat or a group in your browser has no limit, and the verdict on the numbers can be written up to twenty one times. a read that fails or is cut off does not use anything, and the same chat, group or recording read again on the same pass comes back without using a read. reads that keep failing still cost us, so a pass also has a ceiling on how much reading it can do in all, well above six full reads; if you ever reach it, write to us. a gift link from a creator opens the same report for seven days with three full reads. the screenshot reads on the home page stay free.

paying

the payment is taken by Stripe, on their page and under their terms. your card details go to Stripe, not to us: we never see your card number. the charge appears on your statement as HEPLAYSME.COM.

refunds

if you want your money back, write to [email protected]. you get the full $14 back, no questions asked. tell us when you paid, or the email you gave Stripe, so we can find the payment. the refund goes back to the card you paid with; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

if you paid and the report did not open, write to the same address.

what happens to your chat

screenshots you drop on the home page are sent to our server and passed to Anthropic, the company whose model reads them. they are read once and not saved.

a whatsapp or telegram export never leaves your device. your own browser opens the file and counts the numbers. to write the verdict, only those numbers and your two answers (him or her, and what the two of you are) go to our server, with the two of you as "A" and "B": no names, no messages, no file. the deep read is the one exception: it sends the messages themselves, and only after you tick its box, every time.

a screen recording stays on your device too, but still frames taken from it, up to sixty, are sent to our server and passed to Anthropic to be read. they are read once and not saved.
