no account, no profile

there is nothing to sign up for. we do not ask for your name, your email or your phone number, and we do not build a profile of you.

the screenshot you drop

it does leave your phone. we will not pretend otherwise: the image is sent to our server and passed straight to Anthropic, the company whose model reads it.

it is read once, in that single request. we do not save it on the server, we do not put it in a database, and we do not write it to logs. once the answer comes back, the image is gone from our side.

what Anthropic does with the request on their side is governed by their own terms. we send them the picture and the question, nothing about you.

the full report

the full report works differently. your exported chat is never uploaded anywhere — the file is opened by your own browser and every number is counted on your device. nothing about that chat reaches our server: the one request the page ever makes is to confirm a payment, and it carries nothing but the payment's id.

this holds for the .zip whatsapp hands you as well. the archive is unpacked inside your browser — only the chat file inside it is ever opened, and the photos and videos next to it are not even read off the disk.

closing the page forgets it. we never see the file, its name, or a single line of it.

paying for the full report

the payment is taken by Stripe, on their page, under their terms. your card number, name and the email you type there go to Stripe, not to us. we never see the card.

what comes back to us is the id of that payment, nothing else. our server asks Stripe whether it went through and, if it did, hands your browser a key that keeps the report open on that device for thirty days. the numbers of your report wait in your browser tab while you pay and are gone when the tab closes. the charge appears on your statement as HEPLAYSME.COM.

the waiting list is closed

for a short while there was a line on the result screen where you could leave an email address to be told when the full report opened. it is open now, so that line is gone and we no longer collect addresses.

if you left one in that window, it is still held, it was never passed to anyone else, and it was never used for anything but that one notice. write to [email protected] and it is deleted.

hosting and logs

the site runs on Cloudflare Pages. like any host, Cloudflare handles technical request logs, which include your IP address, for delivery and abuse protection. we use the IP for one thing only: counting how many reads came from one address in the last ten minutes, so the free tool is not drained by a script.

cookies

only the technical ones the platform needs. no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics that follow you around.

deleting your data

we do not keep your screenshots, your chats or an account for you, so there is no record on our side to erase. the one exception is an email address left on the old waiting list: ask at [email protected] and it is removed.
