support

write to [email protected]

one address

there is no ticket system and no chat widget. one address, read by a person: [email protected]. answers usually take a day or two.

what support can do

a read did not work: the screenshot came back with an error, the chat file would not open, or the recording would not read. tell us what phone and what chat app you used and what you tried. do not attach your chat unless we ask, we would rather not have it.

the reading got the two sides the wrong way round, or called someone by the wrong name. that one is worth reporting: it is the mistake we most want to hear about.

you paid and the report did not open. tell us when you paid, or the email you gave Stripe, and we will look up the payment.

you want your money back. say so: the full $14 comes back, no questions asked.

you left your email for the launch notice and want it deleted. say so and it is gone.

you want to know what happens to what you upload. the short answer is in privacy; if it does not answer your question, ask.

what support cannot do

we cannot tell you what to do about the person in your chat. no one here is a therapist, a counsellor or a lawyer, and we are not going to read your relationship for you over email.

we cannot recover a reading you have closed. nothing is stored on our side, so there is nothing to look up afterwards.

if something in your relationship frightens you, talk to someone qualified to help, not to a website.

the full report

it costs $14, paid once, with no subscription. it opens the full report in the browser you paid in for seven days. the payment goes through Stripe, and we never see your card.

refunds are given on request, no questions asked: write to [email protected]. the details are in terms.

before you write

send it from the address you want the answer to reach. one message is enough. a second one does not move you up any queue, because there is no queue.
